Vice President Ge Shilun Leads Delegation to Visit Ukraine Macolov National University of Shipbuilding

From the24th to 29th of May,  Vice President Ge Shilun and hisdelegation visited Macolov NationalUniversity of Shipbuilding,Ukraine. The delegation included Ms. JiChunyan, Vice Dean of School of Shipbuilding and Marine Engineering, Ms. ZhangBing, Deputy Director of the Office of Science and Technology, and Mr.YangZongming from the Office of International Exchange and Cooperation. Both sideshad in-depth discussions on the issues such as teacher assignments for theSino-Ukraine Joint Education Program，implementation of the cooperative research projects of the China-UkraineTech Transfer, further deepening of cooperation, and other relevantissues. 

During the visit, the delegation visitedsome laboratories and self-made research facilities of Ukraine MacolovNational University of Shipbuilding and communicated with therelevant professors about the progress of  cooperation with China-UkraineTechnology Transfer Center as well as the further work plans. The delegationwas deeply impressed by the Ukrainian professors’  teaching approaches andresearch achievements. On behalf of President Wang Zili, Vice President GeShilun invited President Sergey Ryzhkov  to visit JUST inOctober to participate in the celebration of its 80th anniversary,and President Sergey Ryzhkov readily accepted the invitation.
