March 29 Update: No New Confirmed Local Case Reported in Jiangsu But Three Imported Cases

Between 00:00 and 24:00, March 28, 3 new confirmed imported cases of COVID-19 were reported in Jiangsu, 1 in Nanjing (imported from the UK) and 2 in Suzhou (imported from Canada). A total of 13 confirmed imported cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively as of 24:00, March 28.

Case 1 is a native of Jiangsu who left London on March 18 and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on the night of March 19 after changing flights in Bangkok, Thailand. After customs clearance, the patient was transferred by the Nanjing Task Force to a designated site for quarantine. The patient felt unwell on March 25 and was sent in an ambulance to hospital for isolated treatment on March 26. The patient was tested positive in a nucleic acid test on March 27 and the case was confirmed on March 28.

Case 2 and case 3, a couple, are Danes. On March 13, the couple flew from Toronto, Canada to Thailand via Taipei. On March 21, both flew from Thailand to Shanghai Pudong International Airport. Upon arrival, the wife felt throat discomfort and later the symptom eased. After customs clearance, the couple were transferred by the Suzhou Task Force to a designated site in Suzhou for quarantine on March 22. Both tested positive in nucleic acid tests on March 27, the couple were sent in an ambulance to hospital, where CT scans showed abnormal changes in lungs of the two people. On March 28, both were confirmed as COVID-19 patients.

Between 00:00 and 24:00, March 28, no new confirmed local case of COVID-19 was reported in Jiangsu. A total of 631 confirmed local cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively and 631 have been discharged from hospital as of 24:00, March 28.

Of the traced 12,773 close contacts, 120 are still under quarantine and 12,653 have been released.

Experts note that at the current new stage of pandemic control, it is necessary to take prevention of imported cases as the top priority and advance prevention in a coordinated manner. Concrete measures for targeted control should be adopted while promoting full resumption of normal order of production and life.

To intensify prevention of imported COVID-19 cases, all Jiangsu-bound international travelers will be put under centralized quarantine for 14 days since March 23. All those who visit or return to Jiangsu from overseas must comply with relevant regulations, fulfill their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories and make health declaration via “Jiangsu Health Code”. They should seek treatment at designated fever clinics as soon as possible, if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks.

Everyone bears the primary responsibility for their own health. The public is advised to keep precautions in place; develop good hygiene habits including washing hands and ventilating homes and offices frequently; and follow proper cough etiquette. The whole society should be involved in the national campaign for sanitation while the public should increase their awareness of science-based pandemic control and develop a healthy lifestyle.

Different population groups should follow the precautionary recommendations and tips included in the Guidelines on the Proper Use of Masks by the Public, and wear a mask in the right way at different places and under various circumstances. This will both protect themselves and benefit public health.

2020年3月28日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19) 海外からの流入新規患者数が3人で、そのうち、南京市が1人（イギリスから入国）、蘇州市が2人（カナダから入国）であるという。3月28日24時までの時点で海外からの流入症例は累計13人であるという。

症例1は中国籍、3月18日にイギリスのロンドンを出発、タイのバンコクで乗り換え、19日の夜に上海浦東国際空港に到着、到着後、南京市政府より南京市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、集中隔離観察を始めた。25日に体調不良だと感じ、26日に120救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、検査を受けた。27日に核酸検査で陽性の結果が出て、28日に確定症例だと診断された。

症例2と症例3は夫婦で、デンマーク国籍、3月13日にカナダのトロントを出発、台北市で乗り換え、タイに入国した。21日にタイから出発、上海浦東国際空港に到着、当時妻の喉に違和感があるが、少し緩和したため、蘇州市政府より蘇州市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、22日に集中隔離観察を始めた。27日に夫婦2人の核酸検査で陽性の結果が出て、120救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、レントゲン検査で異常が出て、28日に夫婦2人が確定症例だと診断された。

これまで江蘇省では12773人の濃厚接触者が確認されたうち、12653人が健康観察から解除された一方、120人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。

専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである。現在、疫病の予防・抑制は新たな段階に入り、海外からの流入症例を抑制することは最優先事項となり、疫病予防・抑制に対する措置を強化し、各方面での予防・抑制活動をしっかり実行し、日常な生活・生産環境を全面的に回復するように努める。

海外からの流入症例を抑制するため、3月23日から江蘇省が入国者全員を対象に14日間の集中隔離観察を行う。江蘇省への渡航者は自主的に疫病予防と抑制の関連規制を厳守し、健康状況や旅行歴などの関連情報を如実に報告してください。「蘇康コード」などのプラットフォームに登録して健康状況を申告してください。感染状況の厳しい重点国での旅行歴・滞在歴がある入国者は江蘇省人民政府外事弁公室の関連規制を厳守してください。江蘇省への渡航者は発熱・空咳など症状が出た場合、直ちに指定発熱外来医療機関へ受診してくださる上、自主的に前の2週間内のスケジュールを報告してください。

1번 환자: 중국 장쑤성 호적. 3월18일 런던을 출발, 태국 방콕 경유, 19일 저녁 상하이푸동공항에 도착했다. 입국한 후 난징시 실무팀의 셔틀버스를 타고 격리 장소까지 가서 의학적 능동감시를 받았다. 25일 본인이 편치 않다고 해서 26일 120구급차로 병원으로 이송해 격리·치료를 받았다. 27일 핵산 검사 결과 양성으로 28일 확진판정을 받았다.

2번과 3번 환자: 덴마크 국적인 부부. 3월13일 부부 2인은 캐나다 토론토를 출발, 타이베이 경유, 태국으로 갔다. 21일 태국에서 상하이푸동공항에 도착했을 때 아내의 인후가 불편해 지더니 완화되었다. 27일 부부 2인은 핵산 검사 다 양성으로 판정되어 120구급차로 병원에 이송했다. CT에는 두 사람의 폐가 이상 변화를 나타냈고 28일 부부 2인 확진판정을 받았다.

3월28일 0-24시 장쑤성 내 신규 코로나19 확진자 없고, 28일 24시 기준으로 누적 확진자 631명, 퇴원 환자 631명으로 나타났다.

현재장쑤성에감염자의밀접접촉자는 12,773명으로파악됐다.그중 12,653명은능동감시해제됐고 120명이현재의학적능동감시를받고있다.

전문가를 의하면 현재 코로나19 예방통제는 새로운 단계에 들었으니까 해외유입에 대한 차단 강화를 가장 중요하게 여겨야 한다. 예방 관련 업무의총괄 및 정밀하고 정확한 통제를 통해, 정상적인 생산 및 생활 질서의 전면적인 회복을 촉진한다.

해외유입 위험을 더욱 차단하기 위해 3월23일부터 장쑤성에 진입한 모든 입국자에 대해 14일 동안 집중적인 의학적 능동감시 조치를 실행한다. 장쑤성에진입한 입국자들은관련규정에따라 '쑤캉마(蘇康碼)' 등플랫폼에등록해서건강상태 및스케줄 등 정보를신고하는의무를이행해야 한다. 만약 발열이나 기침 등 증상이 있으면 즉시 지정된 발열 진료소로 가서 진료를 받는 동시 2주 이내의 동선을 보고해야 한다.
