February 21 Update: No New Confirmed Case Reported in Jiangsu
Between 00:00 and 24:00, February 20, no new confirmed case of the novel coronavirus disease (COVID-19) was reported in Jiangsu. 27 more have been cured and discharged from hospital. 1 moderate case newly developed into severe case, and 1 severe case became moderate after treatment.
As of 24:00, February 20, 631 cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively, 49 of which are mild cases, 572 moderate cases, 6 severe cases and 4 in critical condition. 352 have been cured and discharged from hospital. Of the confirmed cases, 93 were in Nanjing, 55 in Wuxi, 79 in Xuzhou, 51 in Changzhou, 87 in Suzhou, 40 in Nantong, 48 in Lianyungang, 66 in Huai’an, 27 in Yancheng, 23 in Yangzhou, 12 in Zhenjiang, 37 in Taizhou, and 13 in Suqian. Of the severe cases, 1 was in Nanjing, 1 in Wuxi, 1 in Xuzhou, 1 in Suzhou, 1 in Huai’an and 1 in Zhenjiang. Of the cases in critical condition, 1 was in Nanjing, 1 in Lianyungang, 1 in Huai’an and 1 in Yancheng. Of the cases cured and discharged, 47 were in Nanjing, 36 in Wuxi, 55 in Xuzhou, 29 in Changzhou, 38 in Suzhou, 23 in Nantong, 18 in Lianyungang, 34 in Huai’an, 20 in Yancheng, 13 in Yangzhou, 8 in Zhenjiang, 24 in Taizhou and 7 in Suqian.
Of the traced 12,590 close contacts, 1,583 are still under medical quarantine and 11,007 have been released.
Experts urge the public to enhance personal health protections including keeping hands hygienic and washing hands correctly before meals, after using the toilet, and after contact with easily contaminated objects. Fruits and vegetables should be cleaned before eating, and vegetables and meat be thoroughly cooked. It is suggested fruits be peeled before eating, and separate cutting boards and knives be used for cooked and uncooked food with hands washed in time. Salad, unboiled tap water, water that has been sitting overnight, and stale barreled water should be avoided.
Dos and don’ts for employers. Public awareness of health should be promoted. Sanitation should be maintained at workplace, and regular cleaning and disinfection be reinforced in toilets and restrooms. Group activities should be reduced to the minimum. Emphasis should be put on disinfecting tableware and utensils at canteens. Open windows more often to improve indoor air quality. Cooked and uncooked dishes should be kept separate, and unused containers be kept clean and dry. Employees are recommended to dine at staggered hours, take their meals away, and keep ample space when queuing and dining.

2020年2月20日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎の新規患者数が0、また全快退院者が27人新たに増加したという。一方、新規重症患者(重症化した一般患者)が1人、重症患者から一般患者に好転した患者が1人という。
2月20日24時までの時点で、江蘇省では、新型コロナウイルス肺炎の患者数は計631人と確認されたうち、軽症患者が49人、一般患者が572人、重症患者が6人、重篤患者が4人との報告を受けた一方、全快退院者が352人にのぼるという。確定患者のうち、都市別には、南京市が93人、無錫市が55人、徐州市が79人、常州市が51人、蘇州市が87人、南通市が40人、連雲港市が48人、淮安市が66人、塩城市が27人、揚州市が23人、鎮江市が12人、泰州市が37人、宿遷市13人。重症患者のうち南京市が1人、無錫市が1人、徐州市が1人、蘇州市が1人、淮安市が1人、鎮江市が1人。重篤患者のうち南京市が1人、連雲港市が1人、淮安市が1人、塩城市が1人。全快退院者のうち南京市が47人、無錫市が36人、徐州市が55人、常州市が29人、蘇州市が38人、南通市が23人、連雲港市が18人、淮安市が34人、塩城市が20人、揚州市が13人、鎮江市が8人、泰州市が24人、宿遷市が7人である。
これまで江蘇省は12590人の濃厚接触者が確認されたうち、11007人が健康観察から解除された一方、1583人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。
専門家は、近頃の個人・企業予防対策を提案した。個人予防対策について、食事前・トイレ使用後と汚れやすい品物の接触後、正しい手洗い方を徹底するなど、手の清潔を心がけるべきである。食材の取り扱いについて、野菜・果物を食べる前にきれいに洗うことや、野菜・肉類を十分に調理してから食べること、果物の皮むき、生の食材と調理済み食品を取り扱うまな板・包丁の使い分け・適時の手洗い等に気を配ってほしい。なお、和え物の調理方を控え、生水・宵越しの水・放置時間が長いバケット容器の水を飲まないこと。
一方、企業予防対策について、愛国衛生キャンペーンを積極的に展開してもらうことである。具体的には、トイレ・手洗い場の日常的な清掃・消毒の強化等環境衛生に取り組んでほしい。それに集団活動を控えること。食堂では、食器・用具の消毒のほか、室内に空気の質の改善のため、室内換気を強化すべきである。生の食材と調理済み食品の使い分けと容器の清潔・乾燥を心がける。食事をする際に、食堂での食事を控え、なるべく時差食事にしてほしい。列を並ぶ時と食事中、他人と一定の距離を置いておくべきである。
2월20일 장쑤성 코로나19 추가 확진자 없음
2020년2월20일 0-24시, 장쑤성새로 추가된 코로나19 확진자가없다고 보고했다. 퇴원환자는 27명이추가되었고 원래 일반 환자 1명이 중증 환자로 되었으며 원래 중증 환자 1명이 상태가 좋아져서 일반 환자로 되었다.
2월20일 24시기준으로장쑤성코로나19 확진자누적총 631명을보고했고그중경증환자 49명, 일반환자 572명,중증환자 6명, 위중환자 4명이고퇴원환자 352명이었다. 확진자중에난징시 93명, 우시시 55명, 쉬저우시 79명, 창저우시 51명, 쑤저우시 87명, 난통시 40명, 롄윈강시 48명, 화이안시 66명, 옌청시 27명, 양저우시 23명, 전장시 12명, 타이저우시 37명, 쑤첸시 13명으로통계되었다. 중증환자는난징시 1명, 우시시 1명, 쉬저우시1명, 쑤저우시 1명, 화이안시 1명, 전장시 1명이고위중환자는난징시 1명, 롄위강시 1명, 화이안시 1명, 옌청시 1명이다. 퇴원환자는난징시47명, 우시시 36명, 쉬저우시 55명, 창저우시 29명, 쑤저우시 38명, 난통시 23명, 롄윈강시 18명, 화이안시 34명, 옌청시 20명, 양저우시 13명, 전장시 8명, 타이저우시 24명, 쑤첸시 7명이었다.
현재장쑤성은감염자와밀접접촉한사람은 12,590명으로파악됐으며이중 11,007명은능동감시를해제됐고 1,583명이현재의학적능동감시를받고있다.
전문가를의하면요즘개인예방주의사항은다음과같다: 손위생을유지하고식사, 배변 후 또는 오염되기 쉬운 물품에 접촉한 후에는 손을 올바르게 씻어야 한다.과일채소를먹기전에깨끗이씻어야하고, 채소와육류는충분히익혀서먹고, 과일은껍질을벗기고, 날것과익힌것을처리하는도마와칼은분리하여사용하고즉시손을씻어야한다. 가급적무침등을적게먹거나먹지않으며, 생수및밤잔물, 오래두었던통에든물을마시지않는것이좋다.
부서/회사 예방통제 주의사항: 애국 위생 운동을 적극적으로 전개한다. 각 부서/회사는 청결한 환경을 유지하고, 화장실의 일상 청소와 소독을 잘 해야 한다. 단체적인 활동을 최소화한다. 사내 식당은 식기와 도구의 소독을 강화하고, 실내 통풍을 충분히 시켜서 공기 질을 개선해야 한다. 날것과 익힌 것을 나누고 용기는 청결하고 건조하게 유지해야 한다. 직원들이 식사할 때 러시아워를 피해서 식사하는 것을 권장하며, 가능한 한 식당 안에서 먹지 말고, 줄서기 및 식사할 때 일정한 거리를 유지해야 한다.
