April 11 Update: One New Confirmed Imported Case Reported in Jiangsu

Between 00:00 and 24:00, April 10, 1 new confirmed imported COVID-19 case was reported in Jiangsu, and 2 more such cases were discharged from hospital. As of 24:00, April 10, 21 confirmed imported cases have been reported in Jiangsu, 5 of whom have been discharged from hospital and 16 are still under isolated treatment in hospital.

The new case is a native of Jiangsu who left London, the UK and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on March 26, and was immediately transferred to a designated site in Nantong for centralized medical quarantine. The case was tested positive in a nucleic acid test for re-check. Given the epidemiological history, clinical symptoms, and the results of lab test and imaging examination, the case was confirmed.

No new confirmed local case was reported in April 10. 631 confirmed local cases have been reported in Jiangsu cumulatively and all have been discharged from hospital as of 24:00, April 10.

No new asymptomatic case was reported and 11 were released from centralized quarantine and medical supervision in April 10.

    Of the traced 13,482 close contacts with the confirmed cases and asymptomatic carriers, 244 are still under medical quarantine and 13,238 have been released.

As authorized by the central leadership, outbound travel restrictions have been lifted in Wuhan, Hubei Province since 00:00, April 8. Experts note that ending lockdown does not imply ending prevention. Our efforts to prevent the disease shall not be relaxed. Unnecessary gathering and travel are still not recommended, and social distancing shall be kept. All those who visit or return to Jiangsu should comply with relevant regulations, fulfill their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories and make health declaration via “Jiangsu Health Code”. They should seek treatment at designated fever clinics as soon as possible, if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks.

    This April is China’s 32^nd Patriotic Health Month, and citizens are encouraged to take initiative in battling the COVID-19 epidemic and making concerted efforts to safeguard public health. Everyone bears the primary responsibility for their own health. The public is advised to maintain good hygiene by washing hands and ventilating rooms frequently, wearing masks when going out, refraining from spitting or littering in public places, and using a tissue or the elbow to cover the mouth and nose when coughing or sneezing. The public should develop a healthy lifestyle; keep a balanced diet and exercise properly; quit smoking and drink moderately; live a regular life and pursue the peace of mind. To respond to the patriotic health campaign, citizens should take the initiative in carrying out garbage sorting and using sanitary toilets, conducting clean-ups at home and workplace and in public space with a special focus on often-neglected corners of poor hygiene to eradicate vectors and creating a clean and tidy living environment.

2020年4月10日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19) 海外からの流入新規患者数が1人で、また完治退院した流入症例は2人新たに増えた。4月10日24時までの時点で海外からの流入症例は累計21人と報告されており、そのうち、5人が完治退院で、16人が入院治療中であるという。

症例は中国江蘇省戸籍、3月26日にイギリスのロンドンを出発、上海浦東国際空港に到着後、南通市政府により南通市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、集中隔離観察を始めた。4月9日に核酸検査で陽性の結果が出て、その疫学行動歴、臨床症状、実験室検査結果と医学画像検査等を総合的に判断した結果、確定症例だと診断された。

今年の4月は32回目の愛国衛生月で、テーマは「市民一人一人は疫病予防と抑制に参加し、愛国と衛生健康を共に重視する」である。ご自身は自己健康の第一責任者であり、常に感染予防意識で良好な衛生習慣に心がけること。具体的には、こまめに手を洗い、科学的にマスクを着用し、部屋を常に換気し、痰唾の吐き捨てを禁じ、ごみを規制通りに出し、咳やくしゃみをする時はティッシュや肘の袖で鼻や口を覆ってください。健康意識を高め、良好な食習慣を身につけ、合理的な食生活と適度な運動量を確保すると同時に、喫煙を禁じ、酒の量を制限し、心身の健康バランスを保ち、日常生活には心の調和を取るようお願いする。積極的に愛国衛生活動を参加し、自主的に衛生的な環境づくりに取り組み、ゴミの分類をしっかり行い、衛生のトイレを利用し、衛生の盲点を清掃し、ウィルスなどを取り除き、住宅、職場、公共スペースの環境を浄化し、清潔な生活環境を作るべきである。

4월10일 0-24시 장쑤성에 해외유입 코로나19 신규 확진자가 1명, 퇴원 환자 2명 추가된 것으로 나타났다. 4월10일 24시 기준 해외유입 확진자 21명으로 집계되었는데 그 중 완치되어 퇴원한 환자는 5명이고 격리·치료 중인 환자는 16명이다.

중국 장쑤성 호적인 그 환자는 3월26일 영국 런던을 출발해, 상하이푸동국제공항에 도착한 후 즉시 난통시 집중격리 장소로 이송되어 의학적 능동감시를 받고 있었다. 4월9일 핵산검사 결과 양성으로 드러나 역학 조사, 임상 증세, 실험실 검사 결과 그리고 영상학 검사 결과를 결합해 확진판정을 받았다.

당일 장쑤성 내 신규 코로나19 확진자 없고, 4월10일 24시 기준 확진자 631명은 모두 완치되어 퇴원했다.

당일 신규 무증상감염자가 없고 1명이 집중격리·의학관리 해제했다.

현재장쑤성에감염자 및 무증상감염자의밀접접촉자는 13,482명으로파악됐다.그중13,238명은능동감시해제됐고244명은아직의학적능동감시를받고있다.
