March 25 Update: No New Confirmed Local Case Reported in Jiangsu but Two Imported Cases

Between 00:00 and 24:00, March 24, 2 confirmed imported cases of COVID-19 were reported in Jiangsu, one in Nantong (imported from the UK) and the other one in Yancheng (imported from the UK). A total of 7 imported cases have been reported accumulatively as of 24:00, March 24.

Case 1: It is a Chinese national who now stays in Nantong. The person in question set off from London on March 18 and arrived at Shanghai Pudong International Airport on March 19. He/she was seated in a quarantine area en route by the crew after showing such symptoms as coughing. With throat swab taken for a nucleic acid test by the airport after customs clearance, he/she was then taken to a hotel near the airport for medical quarantine. Tested negative on March 22, he/she was transferred to a designated site in Nantong for medical quarantine by Nantong Task Force in a designated vehicle. Tested positive on March 23, he/she was sent to hospital for quarantined treatment in an ambulance. On March 24, the case was confirmed by Nantong.

Case 2: It is a Chinese national who now stays in Yancheng. The person in question set off from London on March 18 and arrived at Beijing Capital International Airport on March 19. Upon arriving at Yancheng Station on the same evening by a CRH train following the arrangement of Jiangsu Task Force in Beijing, he/she was transferred to a designated site in Yancheng for medical quarantine by Yancheng Task Force in a designated vehicle. Tested positive in a nucleic acid test on March 23 and showing symptoms on the same day, he/she was sent to hospital for quarantined treatment in an ambulance. On March 24, the case was confirmed by Yancheng.

Between 00:00 and 24:00 March 24, no new confirmed local case was reported in Jiangsu. As of 24:00, March 24, 631 local cases have been reported in Jiangsu accumulatively, and 631 cases have been discharged from hospital in cumulative terms.

Of the traced 12,746 close contacts, 97 are still under medical quarantine and 12,649 have been released.

Experts note that at the current new stage of pandemic control, it is necessary to take prevention of imported cases as the top priority and advance prevention in a coordinated manner. Concrete measures for targeted control should be adopted while promoting full resumption of normal order of production and life.

Jiangsu has intensified its control to prevent imported COVID-19 cases. Starting from March 23, all Jiangsu-bound travelers will be put under centralized quarantine for 14 days. All those who visit or return to Jiangsu from overseas must comply with relevant regulations, fulfill their responsibilities by truthfully declaring their health conditions and travel histories, make health declaration via “Jiangsu Health Code”, and seek treatment at designated fever clinics as soon as possible, if symptoms such as fever and cough occur, and report their whereabouts in the previous two weeks.

Everybody bears the primary responsibility for their own health. The public is advised to keep precautions in place; develop good hygiene habits including washing hands and ventilating homes and offices frequently; and follow proper cough etiquette. The whole society should be involved in the national campaign for sanitation while the public should increase their awareness of science-based pandemic control and develop a healthy lifestyle.

Different population groups should follow the precautionary recommendations and tips included in the Guidelines on the Proper Use of Masks by the Public, and wear a mask in the right way at different sites and under various circumstances. This will both protect themselves and benefit public health.

2020年3月24日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19) 海外からの流入新規患者数が2人で、そのうち、南通市が1人（イギリスから入国）、塩城市が1人(イギリスから入国)。3月24日24時までの時点で海外からの流入症例は累計7人であるという。

症例１、南通市在住、中国籍。3月18日にイギリスのロンドンを出発、咳の症状が出たため、飛行機の隔離スペースに乗せられ、19日に上海浦東国際空港に到着、到着後、空港で咽頭における検体採取を受け、上海空港ホテルで隔離医学的観察を行い、22日に核酸検査で陰性の結果が出たため、南通市政府より南通市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、集中隔離観察を始め、23日の核酸検査で陽性の結果が出て、120救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、治療を受けた。24日に南通市の確定症例だと診断された。

症例2、塩城市在住、中国籍、3月18日にイギリスのロンドンを出発、19日に北京首都国際空港に到着、江蘇省政府の統一手配で高速鉄道で当日夜塩城駅に到着後、塩城市政府により塩城市隔離専用ホテルまで移動され、集中隔離観察を始め、23日に症状が現れ、核酸検査で陽性の結果が出て、120救急車で指定医療機関に搬送され、治療を受けた。24日に塩城市の確定症例だと診断された。

3月24日0時から24時までの間、江蘇省内で新型コロナウイルス肺炎(COVID-19)新規患者数がゼロであるという。3月24日24時までの時点で、江蘇省では新型コロナウイルス肺炎の患者数は計631人だと確認され、完治退院した人が631人であるという。

これまで江蘇省では12746人の濃厚接触者が確認されたうち、12649人が健康観察から解除された一方、97人が医学的観察を受けているところだという。

専門家からの注意喚起は次の通りである。現在、疫病の予防・抑制は新たな段階に入り、海外からの流入症例を抑制することは最優先事項となり、疫病予防・抑制に対する措置を強化し、各方面での予防・抑制活動をしっかり実行し、日常な生活・生産環境を全面的に回復するように努める。

海外からの流入症例を抑制するため、3月23日から江蘇省が入国者全員に対して14日間の集中隔離観察を行う。江蘇省への渡航者は自主的に疫病予防と抑制の関連規制を厳守し、健康状況や旅行歴などの関連情報を如実に報告してください。「蘇康コード」などのプラットフォームに登録して健康状況を申告してください。感染状況の厳しい重点国での旅行歴・滞在歴がある入国者は江蘇省人民政府外事弁公室の関連規制を厳守してください。江蘇省への渡航者は発熱・空咳など症状が出た場合、直ちに指定発熱外来医療機関へ受診してくださる上、自主的に前の2週間内のスケジュールを報告してください。

3월24일 0-24시 기준으로 장쑤성에 해외유입 코로나19 신규 확진자 2명이 추가된 것으로 나타났다. 그 중 난통시 1명(영국 유입), 옌청시 1명(영국 유입)으로 24일 24시 기준으로 누적 해외유입 확진자 7명을 달했다.

환자1: 중국 국적, 현재 난통시 거주. 3월18일 런던을 출발해 19일 상하이푸동공항에 도착했다. 기침 증상으로 도중에 승무원이 격리 구역에 앉게 했다. 입국한 후 인후 면봉을 취재하여 상하이공항 인근 호텔에서 의학적 능동감시를 받았다. 22일 핵산 검사 음성으로 판정되어 난통시 실무팀의 전용 차량으로 난통시 격리 장소로 보냈고 의학적 능동감시를 받고 있었다. 23일 핵산 검사 양성으로 120구급차로 병원으로 이송해 격리·치료를 받았는데 24일 난통시에서 확진판정 받았다.

환자2: 중국 국적, 현재 옌청시 거주. 3월18일 런던을 출발해 19일 베이징수도공항에 도착한 후 베이징 주재 장쑤성 실무팀의 배치 아래 고속열차를 타게 되었다. 당일 저녁에 옌청역에 도착한 후 옌청시 실무팀의 전용 차량으로 격리 장소로 이송해 의하적 능동감시를 받았다. 23일 핵산 검사 양성으로 판정되고 증상이 나타나 120구급차로 병원으로 이송해 격리·치료를 받았는데 24일 옌청시에서 확진판정 받았다.

 3월24일 0-24시 기준으로 장쑤성 내 신규 코로나19 확진자 없고, 24일 24시 기준으로 누적 확진자 631명, 퇴원 환자 631명으로 나타났다.

현재장쑤성에감염자의밀접접촉자는 12,746명으로파악됐다.그중 12,649명은능동감시해제됐고97명이현재의학적능동감시를받고있다.

전문가를 의하면 현재 코로나19 예방통제는 새로운 단계에 들었는데 해외유입에 대한 예방통제 강화를 가장 중요하게 여겨야 한다. 예방 관련업무의총괄 및 정밀하고 정확한 통제를 통해, 정상적인 생산 및 생활 질서의 전면적인 회복을 촉진한다.

해외유입 위험을 더욱 차단하기 위해 3월23일부터 장쑤성에 진입한 모든 입국자에 대해 14일 동안 집중적인 의학적 능동감시 조치를 실시한다. 장쑤성에진입한 입국자들은관련규정에따라 '쑤캉마(蘇康碼)' 등플랫폼에등록해서건강상태 및스케줄 등 정보를신고하는의무를이행해야 한다. 만약 발열이나 기침 등 증상이 있으면 즉시 지정된 발열 진료소로 가서 진료를 받는 동시 2주 이내의 동선을 보고해야 한다.
