On September 26^th, Dmitrii GLUSHKO, President of Ogarev Mordovia State University of Russia, led a delegation to visit our university. Ji Chunyan, President of JUST, and Zhou Honggen, Member of the Standing Committee of CPC JUST Committee and Vice President of JUST met with the guests, and the leader of the International Office attended the meeting.

Ji Chunyan extended a warm welcome to the delegation and pointed out that this year, JUST has achieved new results in high-quality development. Not only have we added two new doctoral degree programs, but the overall enrollment scale has also been continuously expanding. The two universities already have a solid foundation of ten years of good cooperation. It is hoped that through this visit, the construction of the China-Russia Joint College will be advanced, further consolidating the foundation of cooperation between the two universities.

Dmitrii GLUSHKO expressed his gratitude for the warm reception of our university and briefly introduced the recent achievements of cooperation between the two universities. He stated that it is a great honor to jointly establish the China-Russia Joint College with our university and that in the future, they will deepen practical cooperation with our university in the fields of international joint laboratories and collaborative international research projects.

After the meeting, the delegation engaged in on-site exchange with the fresh graduate students of the Sino-Russian programs of the School of Energy and Power Engineering and the representatives of the Russian majors of the School of Foreign Languages.
